Dwayne Johnson has been teasing a Black Adam film for awhile and he teases that it might be getting closer to filming. We discuss that plus Aquaman’s release date and Zari on Legends of Tomorrow.

Dwayne Johnson talks about Black Adam film – Yahoo!

  • First draft of script is done – “The script came in, it’s great, we’re working on it. If things come together in the way we anticipate them coming together, that feels like a 2019 movie, in production.”
  • “It’s this phenomenal opportunity for us to nail the tone and make sure that he’s badass, make sure that we’re serving the mythology properly. Also we have intrinsic DNA tied to a lot of other properties in DC.”

Aquaman UK release date moved up a week to December 14, 2018 – Digital Spy

  • Article believes worldwide release date could also move up to 12/14

Website question from Robert Max – “On Legends of Tomorrow, i’m sure they’ll never refer to her as “Isis” due to the negative political connotations that word carries today, do you think Zari will ever get a “superhero” name?”

  • She is called “Z”, but that’s not really a superhero name.
